We have some health tips to keep things on track and you from calling out sick (unless it’s to enjoy a warm cup of cocoa on the couch with the kids)! - Eating healthy will help keep you healthy, after all, you are what you eat. We know you want to indulge in those sweet treats and we say do it. But also be sure to have a balanced diet with nutritious foods!
Keep things clean.
- Regardless of if you’re in the office, at the mall or at home, stay on top of washing your hands. This is the easiest way for germs to spread, so scrub up every once in a while and keep hand sanitizer on you!

- It’s easy to lose track of time especially when you’re working but we want to advise you to keep things moving and take a brisk walk every so often to keep things moving. This has many positive health benefits.
